Katarina Witt Foundation

"In all the years in which I was able to celebrate athletic success, I was completely healthy. I have often considered how to share my good fortune with those, especially children, who are not so healthy. With the Katarina Witt-Foundation, I would like to encourage and offer concrete help to those who are physically disabled, be it the result of an accident, a natural disaster or for other reasons. With the help of the foundation I would like to provide as much mobility, independence and happiness as possible, for those who are misfortunate."
